Srinagar, July 29: The four-member Finance commission is arriving here today on a three-day visit of Jammu and Kashmir to discuss with the state government various financial matters. C Rangarajan, the chairman of the commission, and other members would also be interacting with Accountant General, representatives of trade and industry, local bodies and political parties.
