Speaker of the Assembly Inder Singh Namdhari, who is also the leader of the rebel group, has called for special assembly session on Monday.
Challenging the decision the BJP led Marandi government has called for a two-day session of the assembly from March 27 for the floor test.
The cabinet has also that the meeting called by the Speaker is unconstitutional. Citing rules, Marandi said once the assembly was adjourned sine die, the leader of the house had to take the decision and not the speaker.
