Madrid, Sept 21: Defender Jose Izquierdo netted an own-goal to earn a disappointing FC Barcelona a 1-1 home draw with Osasuna in a fourth-round match of the Spanish League.
Izquierdo came to Barcelona's rescue by deflecting a shot by star Brazilian forward Ronaldinho in the 70th minute. Defender Cesar Cruchaga gave Osasuna the lead in the 54th minute.
The draw denied Barcelona the chance to move to the top of the standings for 24 hours at least, although it maintains the Catalan club's unbeaten record this season.
Deportivo remains leader with nine points from three matches, while Barcelona moves second, with eight points from four. Real Madrid, Osasuna and Valencia all lie a point behind.

In a later game yesterday, Valencia was visiting Atletico de Madrid. Deportivo was hosting last-place Albacete today, while Madrid was visiting 19th-place Malaga.
