    The show on Time Warner Inc`s HBO network stars Julia Louis-Dreyfus as an ambitious, self-absorbed and foul-mouthed politician.

Hollywood`s elite have gathered on Sunday night to attend one of the most glittering events on television: The Emmy Awards 2017.

HBO is leading the race with 46 nominations in different categories while FX and Netflix have 27 nominations each. NBC and ABC follow them with 17 and 11 nominations respectively.


Politics played a glitzy role in the award ceremony in downtown Los Angeles, first under the administration of President Donald.


Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, who stepped out in a figure-hugging white custom-made Balmain mermaid creation, will present an award at the ceremony.
