New Delhi: Indians are indeed obsessed with movies, but how about a film which can in someway help train the top bureaucrats of the country. Sounds interesting, isn't it? Well, a latest report suggests that producer Henry Fonda's 1957 classic '12 Angry Men' will be shown to the top bureaucrats of the country to develop their leadership skills.

According to Economic Times, this is not the first time that this cult film has been considered to be screened for the professionals. Earlier too, Sidney Lumet's directorial venture has been used to train the corporates about various things such as conflict management, ethics etc.


The report states that a training schedule will be put in place by the Centre in accordance with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). It is in this programme that the 1957 classic will be played on for the training, besides many other briefings . 


'12 Angry Men' is considered a noir, which presents the tale of a jury comprising 12 men, who work upon deciding whether the person is guilty or be acquitted on the basis of reasonable doubt.
