Arielle Holmes roped in for `American Honey` opposite Shia LaBeouf

Washington: 'Heaven Knows What' famed star Arielle Holmes has joined the cast of ' American Honey' alongwith Shia LaBeouf , it has been revealed.

The flick which recently began its shooting in Oklahorma center's around a runaway teenager who gets caught up in partying, breaking law and love, Deadline.com has reported.

According to reports, filmmakers Joshua and Ben Safdie met Holmes in New York while doing research for another project.

Holmes has written about her life story using computers at various Apple stores that resulted in the soon-to-be-published memoir 'Mad Love In New York City 'and 'Heaven Knows What', in which Holmes plays a version of herself.
