Washington: 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' has joined the billionaires club after surpassing 1 billion dollars at the worldwide box-office in its 24th day of release.

The superhero action movie is now the first franchise ever to hit the 10-digit mark with each of its first two films after 'Transformers', 'The Dark Knight' and 'Pirates Of The Caribbean', Deadline.com reported.


'Ultron' still has to cash-in more than 400 million dollars to become even the biggest film of 2015 'Furious 7' which sits at 1.47 billion dollars in its seventh frame, fourth all-time behind 2012's 'The Avengers'.
