The actor turned down several Hindi film offers after his debut before finally giving his nod to "P Se PM Tak" even before he heard the entire script, only because Shah was helming it.

"I have been getting many offers from Bollywood, but none of the roles offered intrigued me. I belong to theatre and working on this film was like a workshop. On top of it all, it was Kundan Shah's film, I had to say 'yes'. I have always heard about his working style, but experiencing it was beyond amazing," Bharat said in a statement.

Bharat's past works include "Pachadlela", "Khabardar", "Jatra", "Namdeo Ghotale" and "Kshanbhar Vishranti".

Talking about his character in "P Se PM Tak", Bharat said he liked the character he would be playing in the film.

"When I was approached for 'P Se PM Tak', I really liked the character, it was different and hence the age factor was not a point of concern," he added.

"P Se PM Tak" is slated to release on May 29. It also features Meenakshi Dixit, Indrajeet Soni, Yashpal Sharma, Aanjjan Srivastav, Deepak Shirke, Akhilendra Mishra, Mushtaq Khan, Aanand Kale, Vedish, Prerna Wanvari, Chinmay Jadhav, Geetanjali Kulkarni, Virendra Saxena, Upasana Singh, Pandharinath Kamble and Sanjay Dadhich.
