According to Hindustan Times.com, Karenjit Kaur Vohra (her real name) aka Sunny Leone, who was born in the small town of Sarnia in the Canadian province of Ontario faces harsh criticism from her hometown people, who refuse to welcome back the Bollywood's babydoll.

Reason? Well, it's because the young girl who was sent to a Khalsa summer camp by her parents went on to become a porn star.

A noted Toronto-based filmmaker Dilip Mehta has made a documentary based on Leone's life titled 'Mostly Sunny' which was premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), reportedly.

The HT report further claims that filmmaker was not allowed to shoot at the Gurudwara where Sunny used to worship during her young days as the management called the cops, not allowing any kind of film shoot. Even her relatives and friends don't like to talk about Sunny as she chose to make her career in an adult film industry as opposed to some other profession.

Mehta tried to capture every phase of Sunny's life including the places where she and her husband Daniel Weber made their homes—Mumbai and Los Angeles. The documentary got wrapped last year and the final shot was in her hometown Sarnia, suggests the report.

The filmmaker considers Sunny to be a 'smart' person, as she managed her career the way she did and remains unapologetic about the choices she’s made.

The documentary is likely to be released in India this winter!
