New Delhi: Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui's brilliant acting prowess in "Manjhi - The Mountain Man" has caught the attention of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

Kejriwal, who recently attended a special screening of the Ketan Mehta-directed biopic in the capital, said Nawaz's acting is inspiring.


"@Nawazuddin_S Nawaz, your acting is phenomenal in Manjhi. Very inspiring," he said.


The "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" actor also thanked the chief minister for the "appreciation". "Had a great time in #Delhi & screening with Mr. Arvind Kejriwal Thanx for all the appreciation!," Nawaz wrote.


The film is about a labourer Manjhi, who carved a way between mountain in 22 years so that the villagers get easier access to the nearby hospital and other places. "Manjhi - The Mountain Man" stars actress Radhika Apte in a pivotal role. The film releases tomorrow.
