"We were supposed to do 'Ram Lakhan' but we were not getting Ram. And I did not want to compromise on the part of Ram. So it's better to do a solo hero film at present as youngsters want to do solo hero films," the 42-year-old director told PTI.

He added, "it's a project that has pressure. We wrote the script and we have it with us. We will do it some day. After 'Dilwale', we were supposed to do 'Ram Lakhan' remake and 'Golmaal 4'. But as we were not getting Ram, so we thought let's make 'Golmaal 4' first."

'Ram Lakhan' was produced and directed by Subhash Ghai. It featured Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Madhuri Dixit, Dimple Kapadia, Raakhee and Anupam Kher in prominent roles.
