While it is not clear why the actress walked out, it seems that she was unhappy about the way some of her scenes were shot. She chose to not be a part of the film anymore instead of trying to salvage the scenes as she did not think she looked good on screen, report suggests.

She has now been replaced by Tabu, the report says.

'Fitoor' is Abhishek Kapoor’s adaptation of Charles Dickens’ Great Expectations’ starring Katrina Kaif and Aditya Roy Kapur in lead roles, as well as Lara Dutta, Aditi Rao Hydari and Rahul Bhat in supporting cast.

The film was scheduled to release in early 2016.
