Patna, Aug 15: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD)president Laloo Prasad Yadav today defended Bihar government action of packing off VHP general secretary Praveen Togadia from airport saying nobody will be allowed to vitiate communal harmony in the state. "I fully defend Chief Minister Rabri Devi's decision not to allow Togadia to enter the town," Laloo told reporters here.

Togadia and his ilk have a history of inflaming communal passions in Gujarat and other parts of the country. The RJD government in Bihar has done the right thing in sending him back to ward off communal problem, he added. Bihar is not Gujarat, Togadia should know this, Laloo said adding we will never allow him to set his feet on Bihar.

The VHP general secretary was not allowed to participate in the Independence Day celebrations here and was packed off to Delhi by the same flight soon after his arrival from Mumbai. Bureau Report
