Chennai, Nov 08: A 35-member Swiss delegation, headed by President of Swiss confederation Pascal Couchepin, called on Tamil Nadu Governor P S Ramamohan Rao At Raj Bhavan this morning. Raj Bhavan sources described it as a 'courtesy call'.
Ambassador of Switzerland in India Walter Gyger, ambassador of India to Switzerland P L Goel among others were present in the meeting. Earlier, the delegation arrived at the Meenambakkam airport from Hyderabad by an Indian airlines flight. The delegation was received by Tamil Nadu public works minister o Panneerselvam and others.
