London: American rapper and businessman Jay-Z likes people to criticise him because this helps him to stay grounded.

"The reason I am grounded is because I have allowed my friends to come with me and voice an opinion. They are not afraid to tell me what they think of me or my album," a news website quoted Jay-Z as saying. "People who don`t know you, you don`t know their motives.
