Dehradun, Oct 07: A local intelligence unit (LIU) constable has been suspended for keeping surveillance on the Raj Bhavan with Uttaranchal Governor, Sudershan Agarwal today calling for an explanation from the state government in this regard. Describing the surveillance as '' inappropriate '', Agarwal told reporters that he had written a letter to the government calling for an explanation over the episode following which a Liu constable, Shaym Nautiyal was suspended after being caught for keeping surveillance on activities in the Raj Bhavan. ''I have written a letter about the issue to the government," the governor said when asked to comment on the episode which may have soured his relations with Chief Minister, N D Tiwari.
