CBI rejects Madhumani`s plea on recall of NBW
Lucknow, Nov 28: A special CBI court hearing the Madhumita murder case today rejected the plea of Madhumani, the wife of former UP Minister Amarmani Tripathi the main accused, seeking recall of Non-Bailable Warrants against her and extended the judicial remand of four other accused till December 9.

The court had earlier issued the NBW on an application
by CBI, which alleged that she failed to turn up before
the agency despite several notices.
The accused -- Santosh Rai, Rohit Chaturvedi, suspended
SHO Y N Dixit and Prakash Chandra Pandey -- were produced
before the special judicial magistrate (CBI) R M Yadav after
expiry of their judicial remand today, who extend their
jail custody till December 9.
