New Delhi, Dec 04: Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who today confirmed his participation in the Saarc summit in Islamabad next month, was non-committal on whether he will meet Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf and his counterpart Zafarullah Khan Jamali. "Whatever duty demands I will do," he said in reply to a question whether he would meet them during the summit.
He was talking to reporters on board the special air India aircraft before he took off for Nigeria for attending the Commonwealth Summit. Asked if India would oppose Pakistan's re-entry into the Commonwealth grouping from which it has been suspended, Vajpayee said not only India was opposing it but other countries were also opposed to it because there was lack of democracy in Pakistan.
To a question on the prospects of Paksitan's re-entry into the grouping, he merely said it does not look like that.
