Quarterback Green also hooked up with Tony Gonzalez and Johnnie Morton for early scores and amassed exactly 400 yards. The Chiefs (6-0) rallied from way back to force overtime, racking up 20 fourth-quarter points.
Kansas City kicker Morten Anderson extended the game when he was on target from 31 yards with one second to play. Packers passer Brett Favre threw for two TDs, one to Ahman Green, who also ran for a score and 139 yards. Record-breaking kick returner Dante Hall failed to score for the Chiefs for the first time in five weeks, despite handling the ball six times.
