Mumbai, June 14: Software major Silverline Technologies Ltd's board has recommended to lease, transfer, sell or dispose of certain of its undertakings in the country, subject to shareholders' approval. The company's board would seek shareholders' approval through a ballot vote for the process, for the sale of one or more of its undertakings, the company said in a release after its board meeting here on Friday.
