One missing, 14 rescued as cargo ship sinks in Philippines
Manila, Nov 25: One man was missing and 14 other crew were rescued after a small, Philippines-flagged cargo ship caught fire and sank off the Bicol region southeast of Manila today, the coastguard said.

The 66-ton Isabela Angelica reported a fire on board at
dawn while sailing off the coastal town of Barcelona on the
southeast tip of Luzon island at dawn, a Coastguard report
here said.
Coastguard and commercial vessels rescued 14 Filipino crew members but its master, Rodolfo Lopez, was still missing, coastguard spokesmen told reporters.
The vessel later sank with its cargo of vegetable oil from the Legaspi port.
