Lucknow, Mar 17: The Bahujan Samajwadi Party (BSP) today released its first list of candidates and its manifesto for the Lok Sabha elections. The party is going to contest from 325 seats in the coming Lok Sabha elections. The party announced the list of 205 candidates.
BSP announced the names of the candidates for 75 seats in Uttar Pradesh. The party is going to field candidates in all the 80 constituencies in the state
The party also disclosed the list of the candidates for 9 seats in Haryana.
BSP president Mayawati cleared her party’s stand on alliances. It dismissed speculation that there still was scope for a pre-poll understanding with Congress in Uttar Pradesh.
In its manifesto the party promised to bring equality in social and economic forums.
Mayawati said that her party will earn vote on the basis of their work.
