London, Feb 17: A Venezuelan national arrested at London`s Gatwick Airport with a live grenade in his luggage was charged today under British anti-terrorist laws, police said.
London, Feb 17: A Venezuelan national arrested at London's Gatwick Airport with a live grenade in his luggage was charged today under British anti-terrorist laws, police said.
Hasil Mohammed Rahaham-Alan, 37, has been charged with three offences, including possessing an object for the purpose of committing a terrorist act, a Scotland Yard spokesman said.
The man was arrested on Thursday when he arrived at Gatwick, south of London, on a British Airways flight that originated in Colombia after a live grenade was found in his bag.
