Kale moves court challenging suspension
Pune, Nov 24: Maharashtra cricketer Abhijit Kale today filed a case in a court here against the Indian cricket board and Maharashtra Cricket Association challenging the suspension imposed on him for allegedly trying to bribe national selectors to include him in the Indian team.

The case was filed in the district civil court in which
Kale accused the Board of Control for Cricket in India of
denying him natural justice.
Balasahab Thorve, chairman of the MCA, confirmed the filing of the case by Kale.
"We have come to know of Kale having filed the case. We are consulting our lawyers to take appropriate action," Thorve said.
Kale was suspended by the BCCI after two selectors, Kiran more and Pranob Roy, filed a complain against him, alleging that he offered them Rs.10 lakh each for including him in the Indian team for the tour of Australia.
