Islamabad, Aug 06: Delhi-based Maulana Azad Medical College has invited Pakistani ENT surgeons for a
conference next month. The conference aims at improving ENT care in the subcontinent.
The head of MAMC's ENT department Dr A K Agarwal has extended an invitation to the Secretary General of Pakistan Association of ENT surgeons, Dr Nasrullah Rana, and other surgeons to participate in the conference starting on September 5.
"The conference presents an opportunity for the Pakistani ENT surgeons to collaborate with their Indian
counterparts and would go a long way in exchanging knowledge and skill of surgery," Dr Rana said.
As the climate and the ENT disease pattern (in both the countries) was same, he said, the conference in New Delhi would provide a platform to fight against these diseases and improve ENT treatment in the subcontinent.
