CPI complains to EC about violation of code by Naidu
New Delhi, Nov 19: CPI today complained to the Election Commission about the alleged misuse of official machinery by the Chandrababu Naidu government in Andhra Pradesh where assembly was dissolved last week.

CPI national secretary D Raja along with state secretary
of the party S Sudhakar Reddy appraised Chief Election Commissioner J M Lyngdoh and other Election Commissioners T S
Krishnamurthy and B B Tandon of the situation in the state.
Later Raja told reporters that with the state going to polls shortly, there was going to be "more and more misuse" of government machinery by the TDP government.
Reddy said that the state government had transferred top civil and police officials in large numbers and announced several sops ahead of the dissolution of the assembly and the beneficiaries were selected earlier.
