Pak satisfied with India`s moves on bus service, prisoners
Islamabad, May 27: Expressing satisfaction over India`s decision to resume bus service between Lahore and New Delhi and release Pakistani prisoners, Pakistan foreign ministry today hoped India would respond to all the measures announced by Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali to normalise bilateral ties.

ministry today hoped India would respond to all the measures
announced by Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali to
normalise bilateral ties.
"The Indian gesture was in response to Pakistan's
decision to release 345 Indian fishermen and 36 prisoners on
humanitarian grounds," said a statement issued by foreign
office spokesman.
So far, 20 Indian prisoners have been released and the
rest would be freed after identification by Indian officials,
the statement said.
"All of them would be set free as soon as Indian authorities are ready to receive them," it added.
Expressing satisfaction over the resumption of the bus service, the ministry said it hoped India would soon respond positively to all the measures announced by Jamali and set the stage for resumption of a meaningful and composite dialogue for resolution of all disputes including Jammu and Kashmir.
