Baghdad, Dec 05: A bomb exploded in a crowded market place in Baghdad Friday, killing two Iraqis and wounding 20, police said. Police Brigadier General Thamer Al-Janabi, said he had heard American soldiers had also been wounded in the attack, but he had no details. He said a U.S. military convoy was in the area at the time. "A bomb exploded, killing two Iraqis and wounding 20," Janabi said. The U.S. Army said it had no immediate information on the incident. Janabi said the bombing took place in a part of the capital called New Baghdad.
