Bikaner, Nov 20: Congress president and Lok Sabha Opposition leader Sonia Gandhi will address an election rally here today. She will launch her party's campaign for December 01 assembly elections by addressing a meeting at Dholpur. Sonia will address the rally at Karni Singh Stadium here in the afternoon. Tight security arrangements have been made for the rally.
Bikaner Range Inspector General of Police Pukhraj Sirvi said here that security set-up will be similar to the arrangements made for Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's rally in the city yesterday. After the rally, Sonia will return to the national capital.
