A man trying to save a child from drowning will impress a woman more than a man trying to flaunt his physique. Likewise, a man trying to help a poor man in cash or kind will gain more points that a man throwing a lavish bash.


For a casual fling, good-looks do matter to women, but for a long, steady and a lifetime relationship, women prefer chivalry and give more importance to the way a man conducts himself and treats others around, especially the ones in need.
