Riyadh, Nov 19: Saudi Arabia's giant Bin Laden construction group has paid USD 270,000 to a government-controlled fund to fight poverty, a newspaper reported. Group managing director Yahia Ben Mohammad Bin Laden made the donation in response to a call from crown Prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz after he oversaw the setting up the fund in February, Okaz Daily said.
The construction conglomerate is owned by the family of Osama Bin Laden, the head of the al-Qaeda terror movement, who has been stripped of his Saudi nationality.
