Hyderabad, Sept 07: Ruling Telugu Desam Party today suspended party MLA C Krishna Yadav, who was arrested by Maharashtra Police yesterday for his alleged involvement in the multi-crore fake stamp paper scam, party sources said. Chief Minister and party Supremo N Chandrababu Naidu held a meeting with senior leaders at the party's headquarters, where the decision was taken, the sources said. TDP took a serious note of the development and decided to suspend former minister Yadav from the party following his arrest by Pune Police, they said. Yadav, who represents Himayatnagar constituency in the state capital, had served as minister in the Chandrababu Naidu government in the past and had held labour and animal husbandry portfolios.
