The Sikkim High Court has issued notices to the director of enforcement, chairman of the central board of direct taxes and CBI to submit reports on an alleged corruption case against a former judge of the state. Admitting a PIL by Sikkim Citizen's Forum (SCF), Chief Justice Ripusudan Dayal on Monday issued notices and asked them to submit reports by November 2.
