In a major administrative reshuffle, Rajasthan government has shifted 28 IAS officers, including four district collectors, official sources said in Jaipur.
Senior IAS officer I S Kavadia, chairman of State Civil Services Appellate Authority, has been made chairman revenue board in place of I C Srivastava who will now head the appellate authority.
A K Ahuja, principal secretary cooperative department, has been transferred as chairperson state sales tax board in place of R P Jain who has been given charge of secretary cooperative department.

Collector Hanumangarh Lalit Mehra has been replaced by J P Chanderia, hitherto additional commissioner food and civil supply. Mehra has been placed as director industries.
District Collector Barmer A K Hemkar has been transferred as collector Nagaur in place of R N Arvind who has been made special secretary in relief department. M C Arya will be the new collector of Barmer.
Collector Chittorgarh Manoj Sharma has been transferred as deputy secretary finance. He has been replaced by Ram Rakh, hitherto director sheep and wool department.
“Among the other transfers A K Pandey has been made secretary technical education, Gurdev Singh, secretary state planning board, B P Arya, secretary medical and health, Ramlubhaya as secretary rural development, R N Meena as secretary animal husbandry and Ashok Sampat Ram as secretary personnel,” they said.
