The re-polling will be done at stations located in Daskroi, Vadgam, Viramgam Savli.

Gujarat has 182 assembly constituencies. The counting of votes will take place on December 18.

"Counting of votes to be done through counting of slips in VVPAT in 10 polling stations in Visnagar, Becharaji, Modasa, Vejalpur, Vatva, Jamalpur-Khadia, Savli & Sankheda as Presiding officers didn't clear from the Control units the votes cast during mock poll," the Election Commission said.

With the end of both first and second phase of polling, over 68 percent turnout was recorded for 89 and 93 Assembly seats respectively.

The main contenders in the Gujarat polls are the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) which is making a bid for a fifth term and the Congress which is attempting an electoral revival.
