Some of the symptoms of this skin condition are skin rashes to bumpy rashes or skin swelling, redness, blisters, dark colored patches of skin, dry and sensitive skin, itching, oozing.

Though there is no cure for eczema, but there are treatments aiming to control symptoms.

Here are some ways to treat them, which we all should know:

Eat lots of fruit

One should increase the intake of fruits like muskmelon and berries in their daily diet as they have high detoxifying effects to clean the toxins responsible for eczema. Drinking a glass of carrot juice regularly helps to reduce eczema by pushing toxins from the liver and other parts of the body.

Consume more raw vegetables

Start consuming more of raw vegetables along with fruits as your daily diet as raw food has live enzymes that have the ability to clean toxicity from the body.

Include sprouts in your diet

Including sprouts in the diet helps lower the toxic load helping you combat eczema.

Apply coconut oil

Because of its great moisturizing properties and anti-inflammatory agents, coconut oil is considered an effective treatment for eczema.

Cold compress

Even cold compress also helps in treating eczema. Take a slightly thick cloth, soak in cold water and dab it on the affected area. Keep it for 10 - 15 mins and do it twice. Doing so helps in repairing the area and improving the condition over time.
