Watch: A shower a day takes your health away? - Why you need to cut down on your showers!

New Delhi: The moment someone says that they haven't bathed in the last 24 hours, our first reaction is to make a disgusted face and move away from them, in jest of course.
But, there are those few who are a tad fussy when it comes to personal hygiene and really do move away in all seriousness.
But is not taking a bath really a bad thing? As it turns out, and the above mentioned fussy people need to hear this, it isn't!
In fact, it's good for your health, according to doctors. Yes! There is actually a thing called 'too much shower', and is deemed unnecessary.
This will sort of come as a jolt for those few who not only shower once, but twice a day.
The video you are about to watch, refer to studies that have shown that one or two showers per week is enough with regular activity! Science as well as dermatologists warn that bathing more than that (unless you are filthy) can cause health problems.
