UP Assembly Election results 2022: The Bharatiya Janata Party has once again won the Rudauli Vidhan sabha seat, which falls under Uttar Pradesh's Ayodhya district. BJP's candidate Ram Chandra Yadav bagged as many as 94,031 votes and completed his hat-trick from the Rudauli assembly seat.

The Bharatiya Janata Party's Ram Chandra Yadav has retained the Rudauli seat with getting 42.95 % of the votes. There, however, was a close fight between former minister and Samajwadi Party candidate Anand Sen and BSP's Abbas Ali Zaidi alias Rushdi Miyan. While Anand Sen got 53,415 votes and stood second, Zaidi received 52,181 votes.


All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) candidate Mohammad Sher Afgan was fourth with 9,961 votes.

In 2017, Ram Chandra Yadav had bagged 90,311 votes, around 43.4% of the total votes polled. He had defeated the then SP candidate Abbas Ali Zaidi by a margin of 31,259 votes.
