Ganganagar Lok Sabha Constituency, is one of 25 Lok Sabha constituencies in the Northern state of Rajasthan and cast its vote in the 2019 election on May 6.
Ganganagar registered 74.39 percent voter turnout in 2019, a gain of 1.54 percent. The total number of electors in the constituency is 1941656 while the total voter turnout is 1444392. While in 2014, the constituency registered 72.85 percent voter turnout. The total number of electors in the constituency was 1717810 while the total voter's turnout was 1251397.

In the 2014 Lok Sabha election, Nihalchand of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won by getting a huge margin of over 2.91 lakh votes. He had defeated Master Bhanwarlal Meghwal of the Indian National Congress (INC). Nihalchand had secured 658130 votes while Meghwal got 366389 votes.
