Patna: Ever since the JD(U)-RJD government took power in Bihar, law and order has become a serious issue with some even alleging the return of 'jungle raj'.

While leaders of both the ruling parties, including Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, have denied deterioration in law and order, there are ample incidents which highlight resurgence of crime in the state.


In a latest such incident, a student was abducted in broad daylight in Patna on Tuesday (June 7). The abduction was caught on a CCTV camera.


The video, which can be seen here, clearly shows the 'high morale' of criminals in the state.



Update: Patna police have arrested four persons in connection with the abduction.
