The teenager, who stays with his family near a dairy farm area in Najafgarh, has been accused of bestiality.

Bestiality is a punishable offence under Section 377 of the IPC.

The parents of the youth had brought him to AIIMS for treatment.

This is the second such case in a year that has come to India's premier hospital. Last year, a similar case was reported when a man was accused of having sex with two calves, one of which died during the incident.

In August this year, a 25-year-old youth was booked for allegedly raping a seven-month-old cow in Mandanagla village near Ahmedgarh in Uttar Pradesh.
