According to Transport Minister Gopal Rai, the review meeting will work out the details of the second phase of the Odd-Even scheme.

Rai yesterday said the scheme, in its second phase, will "include all" towards which the Delhi government has already started "working".

Thanking the people of Delhi for their "overwhelming" support to the initiative, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal yesterday said that an improved version of the Odd-Even scheme, with necessary "precautions and changes", will be announced and "implemented soon" in the national capital.

Speaking at a 'thanksgiving' rally here on the "grand success" of the pilot road-rationing scheme, Kejriwal said the experiment saw nearly "100 per cent" participation by Delhiites.

At today's meeting, measures to make Delhi pollution-free will also be discussed.
