Jhanvi Behal, a class 10 student, had challenged Kumar for an open debate after he tried to justify his actions in the JNU campus.

New Delhi: Kanhaiya Kumar who has been at the centre of a controversy over anti-national sloganeering in the JNU campus has finally responded to the open debate challenge from a 15-year-old girl from Ludhiana.

Jhanvi Behal, a class 10 student, had challenged Kumar for an open debate after he tried to justify his actions in the campus and criticised the police action against him and his fellow students, claiming they have done nothing wrong.

Jhanvi has received a lot of attention on social media since she challenged Kumar for an open debate about a week ago.
