“There should be a CBI inquiry into the mismanagement of funds in MCD,” Kejriwal said, adding “We have given funds to MCD. Where has it gone? Probe is required.”

Referring to the MCD strike, the chief minister said that “This is a classic case of mismanagement and corruption”.

Even the doctors have appealed that they want to work with Delhi government and not with MCD, Kejriwal said.

Referring to the ongoing controversy over the non-payment of salaries to MCD staff, he said “Give us DDA and the funds associated with it and we will sort out the financial issues.”

“We are ready to comply with 4th finance commission report, but not partially. Implementation of the fourth finance commission cannot be selective. Take it or leave it,” he added.
