Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) leader Shabir Ahmad Shah on Monday appealed to India and Pakistan to work jointly to end the post Agra summit cold-war and create a conducive atmosphere for peace process to continue. "We appeal to India and pakistan to end the post Agra cold war and work for creating conducive atmosphere for the success of forthcoming summit for peace, friendship and security in the sub-continent," Shah said in a statement on the eve of independence days of India and Pakistan.
"The two countries should take measures for a workable, fruitful and peaceful resolution of the Kashmir issue," he said.
"It is not wrong to say that the ireation of Kashmir," he said.
Shah asked Indian leaders who have fought for their freedom to respect the wishes and aspirations of freedom loving people of Kashmir as no nation can rule on people on gunpoint.
