New Delhi: I'm sure most of us have experienced that peak of pain – back pain - a common health problem among people of all classes. It can be caused by fracture, soft tissue injuries, disease, disc problems, being overweight, long hours of sitting in offices, poor lifestyle habits, stress, etc,.
