Talking to ANI, the senior advocate said, “(We) want to meet Arvind and end controversy. Will want to talk to him one on one,” adding, “I had sent him a text hoping he is well.”

Bhushan added, “If he (Kejriwal) wants I can meet him with Yogendra ji, to sort out the problems to whatever extent possible.”

Prashant and Yogendra Yadav were voted out from AAP's PAC in the wake of allegations by its members that they wanted to remove Kejriwal from the post of the party's National Convener.

On March 10, AAP leader Sanjay Singh had defended party's decision to remove the senior leaders from the Political Affairs Committee, saying, “Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan are responsible for the prevailing inner party conflict. Both these leaders had strongly advocated contesting Lok Sabha elections across the country. But when the party fared badly, they held Arvind Kejriwal responsible for it," he had said, as per PTI.

The AAP spokesman had accused the ousted leaders of launching an anti- Kejriwal campaign.

"(Last year) Yogendra resigned from the PAC writing a seven-page letter. Matters which should have been raised at party forum were made public as part of a conspiracy," he had said.

"During the Delhi Assembly polls, Prashant maintained distance and also said he wanted the party to lose. Only after this kind of behaviour they have been expelled from the PAC," he had said.
