New Delhi: In a startling revelation, National Security Guard (NSG) chief RC Tayal, has disclosed that an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was found in DRDO Bhawan in New Delhi.

The IED was found two months back.


The NSG chief said, when no other agency was able to handle the IED, the officials of the elite counter terror agency defused it.


Though, the incident happened two months back, but questions remain as to how an IED was found in one of the most secured buildings.


DRDO Bhawan is located at Rajaji Marg, Vijay Chowk area, Central Secretariat, New Delhi.
