New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's demand from the Modi government to release proof that the Indian Army did conduct surgical strikes on terrorist camps in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) has made him top Twitter trend in Pakistan.

His demand has, however, earned him bashing at the hands of Twitter trolls and an ink attack back home.


Kejriwal sparked off a controversy on Monday when in a video message he requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi to expose Pakistan's false propaganda after Islamabad denied the Indian surgical strikes before a delegation of international media.


Following his video message, Kejriwal faced sharp criticism from the Bharatiya Janata Party for allegedly raising questions over the surgical strikes carried out by the Indian Army on terror launch pads along the LoC in PoK.


His comment had attracted huge media attention in Pakistan.
