Brussels: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday paid tribute to the victims of the Brussels terror attacks in which over 30 people, including an Indian, lost their lives due to "mindless violence".

Modi, who arrived here on a day-long visit to attend the India-EU Summit, laid a wreath of white flowers at the Maalbeek Metro station in the Belgian capital where a suicide bomber blew himself up killing scores of passengers, including Raghavendran Ganeshan, an Infosys employee from Bengaluru.
